These Terms & Conditions apply to the AGL & Powerdirect Coles Group & Myer Gift Card offered by iSelect Media Pty Ltd ABN 62 147 631 454 (iSelect) (Offer).
The Offer is open to persons who:
a) are Australian residents aged 18 years and over;
b) complete a purchase for residential supply of gas or electricity in the State of Victoria between 8.30 AM AEST on 28 July 2014 and 11:59 AEST on 31 August 2014 (formerly 22 August 2014 prior to extension) via any of the following energy plans:
c) have the purchase of that energy plan accepted by AGL or Powerdirect and not cancelled by AGL or Powerdirect within 30 days from the date of purchase; and
d) do not cancel their energy plan within the period set out in (b) above.
a) iSelect will send each Eligible Person a Coles Group & Myer Gift Card (Gift Card) to the value of:
b) The Gift Card(s) will be sent to Eligible Persons within 90 days of the date of purchase of the relevant plan.
a) All Gift Cards provided under this Offer will be sent by or on behalf of iSelect to Eligible Persons via regular post to the postal address provided by the Eligible Persons when purchasing the energy plan. iSelect is not responsible if an Eligible Person provides iSelect with an incorrect or incomplete address or for any Gift Cards lost in transit for any reason. No replacement Gift Cards will be provided by iSelect.
b) The Gift Card is not transferable to any other person or redeemable for cash. Should the Gift Cards become unavailable for any reason whatsoever during the Offer term, iSelect reserves the right to replace the Gift Cards with an item of similar value.

d) To the extent permitted by law, iSelect, its employees and agents, will not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs or expenses suffered or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected to the Offer.
e) iSelect reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the Offer at its discretion at any time.
Details of persons who participate in the Offer will be collected by iSelect and used for the purposes of conducting the Offer (which may include disclosure to third parties for purposes associated with the Offer including fulfilment of Gift Cards). By participating in the Offer, persons consent to the use of their information as described in these Terms & Conditions and agree that iSelect may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations or related bodies corporate of it that may use the information in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the participant. All personal information collected by iSelect in connection with the purchase of the energy plan and this Offer will be treated in accordance with iSelect’s Privacy Policy.
